• At Venice on the Beach Hotel we offer our guest a truly unique Beach Front Hotel experience. Our rooms are Fully Furnished and come with the following amenities.
• Direct T.V., Local Calling, High Speed DSL & Wireless internet access on Property, a Microwave and Refrigerator and Our Exclusive Beach Front Patio.
• We would also now like to Welcome our Guest to experience the beauty of Venice and see the panoramic coastal views from our Newly Opened Upper Level 3rd Floor Deck.
We have a two night minimum stay over the weekends, however we can occasionally fit single night stays in our calendar.

RESERVATION TERMS
• Rates are subject to change based on availability without prior notification and are solely at the Manager's discretion.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
• Only upon receipt of full payment will a reservation be guaranteed.
• Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in.
• Check in Time is at 3:00 PST other arrangements may be made with the General Manager provided a 24 hour advanced notice is given. We have a 10:00 pm Cut Off Time for arrivals unless a prior notice has been made by the arriving Guests.
• All Cancellations require a 72 hour notice prior to expected arrival date. Should Cancellation take place under the 72 hours, a penalty of one night room and tax or in the case of a weekly reservation 1/2 of your weekly room charge and tax will be assessed.
• Check out time is 11:00am a late check-out has to be pre-arranged by a manager, a fee may be charged if guests leave past 11:00am.
• All Rooms Rates are based on Double Occupancy, We are a small European Style Hotel and take great pride in providing a level of comfort and serveice while still providing you with outstanding value. Our Rooms are Intimate but cozy and are comfortable for only 2 adults. Any other arrangements must be made with the General Manager prior to arrival. There will be no exception made to this General Policy if there is no prior notice given to the General Manager.
• Special requests such as specific location will be noted however not guaranteed but we will make every reasonable effort to honor your requests.

• Our policies are for the comfort and safety of all our guests.
• Venice on the Beach Hotel operates a smoke free property for the comfort and health of all our guests. We welcome those who chose to smoke to feel free in using the designated smoking areas either on our Beach Front Patio area or our newly opened Upper Level 3rd Floor Observation Deck. Please always respect request from other guest who might voice concern about smoke related health issues.

• Use of candles and incense are prohibited in the hotel
• No pets allowed
• $150.00 penalty should you smoke in the room
• House Keeping Service is upon request: Please, if you desire maid service during your stay with us. Simple put your House Keepers sign outside your door, prior to 10:00 am and our House Keepers will attend to your room durning the course of the day. If you desire only Towel Service please only ask our staff and we will be more than happy to oblige your request.
QUIET HOURS
• All guests are required to observe the quite hours especially on the patio and when coming home late between 11pm and 8am. Visiting friends of hotel guests are not allowed in the rooms during these hours.
• Television and radios should be used only at a level that will not disturb neighboring rooms.
